Welcome to 1st Oatley Bay Sea Scouts!

1st Oatley Bay Sea Scouts runs weekly Joey, Cub and Scout meetings for both boys and girls at the Scout Hall in the Oatley Pleasure Grounds on Annette Street, Oatley. As a dedicated Sea Scout Group, 1st Oatley Bay benefits from a fully equipped boathouse and a riverfront location. The summer activity program features boating nights with canoeing and kayaking for Joeys, Cubs and Scouts, and also includes sailing for Scouts.

Fun - Adventurous - Challenging

No matter the age of the participant, Scouts provides fun and exciting programs that promote active learning. Whether the young boys and girls are canoeing, camping, visiting museums or helping their local community, the activity is sure to teach them about themselves and the world around them.

Each year, all sections of Scouts learn to share responsibilities and to live with each other through adventures set in the outdoors. Camping, abseiling, caving, bike riding, horseback riding, fishing, rock climbing and diving are just a few of the exciting experiences that a Scout may have achieved in his or her time as a youth member.
